We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable with Salon Belle Âme’s boutique & retail items. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we want to do everything we can to help you.

Salon Belle Âme accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit within 14 days from the date your order shipped. FINAL SALE items are considered items with a 30% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items that cannot be returned: Lingerie, Hosiery, Face Masks, Altered or Modified items, Items Discounted at 30% or greater, Items listed in a SALE Category, FINAL SALE items.

Due to limited quantities, we cannot offer exchanges on any item. Any items returned will be processed to the customer for Salon Belle Âme store credit ONLY.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at salonbelleame@yahoo.com within 3 BUSINESS DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. Please include a photo of the defect or damage in your email. Any item with a tag, must still have the tag on.

Colors vary due to photography, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer/phone screen resolutions. These situations do not qualify as a defect.
